Learn more about receiving SMS messages from your healthcare provider.
You previously indicated that you wanted to be contacted via text message for your COVID-19 test result. Healthy Info sends text messages on behalf of health organizations, such as Alberta Health Services.
Healthy Info does not charge for text messages. You may be subject to standard text and data fees from your carrier according to your mobile messaging plan.
Healthy Info will only send informational messages to those who agreed, at the time of their COVID-19 test, to be notified via text message.
Healthy Info will never ask for your personal or confidential information via text message. If you encounter this type of fraudulent message, do not reply.
